These are modular kits that come with pre-made walls, roof, and platform foundation that you can assemble easily. The time taken to assemble these kits depends on the size of the unit, smaller units can be assembled in a day, while larger units may take longer.
The listed price is equivalent to a 20-foot shipping container of the same size but with added insulation and a more aesthetic look. Please note that two tiny houses that were previously reserved are now available for sale due to delay by customers in the July shipment.
